The hotel is excellent and the staff are exceptionally kind, I loved special atmosphere. The a double room is fashionable and has a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. It offers excellent, nice location.

Pretty hotel, the rooms were new-fashioned. The room we had included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge. Location: the property was next to the beach area and the tourist area and Playa's main streets.

The hotel had clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and even assisting with ordering food. The rooftop offered a quiet space with amazing views. The hotel had a pool which was perfect for the children to play in. Conveniently, there was a restaurant nearby and a store with fresh fruit across the street.

Felt like VIPs, staff went above and beyond.

The room was well-designed and spacious with smoke detectors for my safety. The bathroom was nice, included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. Hotel's location was nice and magnificent, near the city center.

Nice interior, beautiful and clean room, relaxing rooftop area with great views, convenient location near restaurants and coffee shops, walking distance to the busy part of the city. Access to Martina Beach Club, close to delicious food options, fresh fruit market across the street, perfect coconut water stand nearby, not too touristy, local beach within walking distance.

Stunningly beautiful hotel located in a very very nice area close enough to calm beach at 10 minutes walking distance, and a quite area. Special ambiance, quiet location...

The location was peaceful, close enough to the beach area, the Cozumel ferry terminal, and 5th Avenue. The room with a balcony. The staff were helpful and affable up until the day we left.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The rooftop pool provided stunning views of the surrounding area and the beach in the distance. The hotel's location was perfect - within walking distance of the popular 5th Ave but on the quieter side, away from the hustle and bustle. We also appreciated the convenient QR code in the room, which allowed us to easily communicate with the helpful reception staff.

We felt very much at home during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The location in a quite area was quiet and magnificent for us. It was just walking distance from Roma Spaghetti, where you can have dinner. Loved our stay in this place.

Incredibly beautiful and clean hotel, the staff is helpful and amicable. The location is peaceful and away from hustle and bustle. It is nestled in a very very nice area just next door to a lovely and calm beach at 10 minutes walking distance, and 5th Avenue. The service is great, includes secure parking.

The rooftop pool area was super nice, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The modern room was spacious and clean, with great amenities like air conditioning and a fridge. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was located in a non-touristic area, so we got to experience a more authentic side of the city. The calm beach was just a short walk away, and we loved being able to soak up the sun in peace. Plus, the free water, coffee, tea, and pastries were a nice touch.

One thing we would have liked was a room with a balcony to enjoy the outdoors and dry our beach towels. Additionally, the area could be a bit noisy at times, with dogs barking and neighbors starting work early in the morning.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean, neat and modern. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. The rooftop pool had beautiful views.
